Who these terms are with

Register-Company.ge is operated by Tbilisi Expat — LLC Setup, Tax and Business Consulting, at 35 Lavrenti Ardaziani Street, Saburtalo, Tbilisi 0160, Georgia. These terms are governed by Georgian law, and the courts of Georgia have jurisdiction over any dispute arising under them.

What these terms cover

These terms apply to the services listed on this site: company registration, accounting, tax consulting, banking assistance, registered address and customs brokerage. Each engagement is also governed by whatever we agree with you in writing for that specific piece of work, and where the two differ, the written engagement wins.

Fees

The prices published on this site are the prices we charge, and they exclude 18% VAT where VAT applies. Government fees are separate and are stated where they arise. We will tell you before doing work that falls outside an agreed scope — a package overage is a conversation, not a surprise line on an invoice.

What we are responsible for

On our accounting packages, liability for filing errors sits with us: if we prepare and file a declaration incorrectly, the resulting penalty is ours. That does not extend to penalties caused by documents you did not send us, sent us late, or sent us incorrectly, nor to tax you genuinely owe.

What we are not responsible for

Content on this site is general information, not tax advice for your situation. Georgian tax rules change, and a page written six months ago may no longer be current. Do not act on a published page alone — that is what the consultation is for.

We do not guarantee any outcome that a third party decides. Bank account approvals, Revenue Service determinations and Small Business Status eligibility are decisions of those institutions, not ours.
